Another great favorite Chicken Chicken their " Caribbean Wood Roasted" rotisserie chicken is famous for tourists and locals alike. A leg and thigh for $5 is hard to beat. The herb mixture and way these chickens are cooked is pure perfection. The vinegar dipping sauce is addictingly delicious too make sure you ask for the sauce. Every meal comes with a sweet-tasting cornbread is not your typical American version either, it's got an interesting flavor that I'd recommend trying. You do get a good portion of chicken and they have a variety of fresh vegetable sides to choose from.  Good Local eating here Heritage Kitchen in Westbay is where to get some great tasting fish and rice.  They are famous for their delicious Coconut Grouper it is a Cayman Must! This sleepy little local diner lies snuggled next to Boggy Sand Road they have some of the best local food. Fresh fish fry, fritters, and fish tea are some of the most popular dishes. Diners eat at wooden tables outside the tiny restaurant or can be ordered for takeout.  I really like their spicy, vinegary sauce blend of tomatoes and scotch bonnet, peppers, and onion. This little local kitchen was actually written up in the New York Times. It’s well known, has an amazing ocean view including the stretch of 7-mile beach. Czech Inn Grill is one of our personal favorites they have some of the best burgers on the island but what they are really famous for is their Goulash !!! My husband's grandmother was from Hungry and she was the master of Hungarian Goulash.  Chef Georges Golash rates that high! Will melt in your mouth with a side of potato dumplings. The Bar and Grill is nothing to look at but sure can produce some amazing food with great prices.

Macabuca BBQ on Monday Night is the place to be! The menu included: Potato salad, coleslaw, and a (green lettuce salad) but it varies. Main courses change but you can not beat the price of 17CI for all you can eat BBQ ribs, jerk chicken, BBQ chicken, and fish. You can not beat Sunshine Grill and Sunshine Suites for family-friendly pricing with a super casual environment custom made for family fun. The Grill has some of the best fish tacos and burgers on the island! Everything on the menu is excellent.

The "Pain Killer" their famous rum signature drink is amazing! The famous creation is made from a few rum selections, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and orange juice. Served over rocks with fresh nutmeg. One of my passengers shared his first stop is Sunshine Grill for his annual Pain Killer fix. The Westin is the new owners of Sunshine Suites and their guests can now walk across the street and enjoy the Westin's amazing property and pool. Truly family friendly environment on both properties. The Grill is very casual and you can come as you are with swimming suits and play clothes. The pool area is right outside the Grill making it quite convenient for folks who stay on the property to take a dip.
