They also have a great lunch and brunch. I have one passenger who fly’s to the island twice a year, and always orders their Caribbean Fire Roasted Shrimp wrapped with fresh Spinach & Apple-wood smoked bacon…with a Cimosa chaser, Cimboco’s rendition of a mimosa. Cimboco’s pound-cake and Key lime cheesecake are the favorites of many. The cafe is a feast for the senses with an exhibition kitchen and wood burning oven. Everything is made from scratch, from the breads and soups to homemade desserts – Cimboco even makes its own ice cream! Think fresh, homemade, fun and family.

Passengers love Laurens Cafe! Especially their crepes (made right in front of you) which are huge and filled with nutella, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, whatever you want! Many of my folks love that they serve breakfast all day. They have family friendly pricing which so important for large families. I keep hearing great things about their eggs Benedict and breakfast burrito. The staff was very friendly and attentive, my husband I had lunch and ordered their fish wraps quite tasty! Lauren’s is a cozy place with blue and white accents throughout and lots of natural light thanks to the large windows. It also features an outdoor patio where people can sit on balmy days, shaded by umbrellas. The menu covers breakfast and lunch. There’s a wonderful atmosphere at Lauren’s because we want people to truly feel at home. There’s a menu, but if diners want something different or special and Chef’s got the ingredients in-house, he is happy to accommodate them. Passengers feel this is one of the top restaurant hangs on the island. Folks are absolutely addicted to their fish tacos and their famous burgers. Sunshine Grills is located on SMB and sits across the street from the Westin but sits behind Sunshine Suites. They have a burger called the Kitchen Sink - A man’s meal in itself! Everyone loves the free mini ice cream cones after each meal, especially the families. Just recently it has been named one of the top 5 breakfast hangs on the island famous for their breakfast burritos! I personally like their egg white omelets or the California Taco. Sunshine Grill is one of those dining places that has something for everybody. Celebrate Women's Dive Day

To celebrate Women’s Dive Day 2019 Divetech will bring together women hand in hand in an attempt to break their own World Record! In July 2018, 86 women at Divetech in Grand Cayman created a human chain along a 300ft line suspended at 15ft, thus ensuring the ladies were neutrally buoyant protecting the coral on the sea floor. Last year the charitable event raised over $3,000 US for the Cayman Islands Breast Cancer Foundation as well as raising awareness for women in diving globally across all disciplines including recreational, technical and Freediving. This year they are aiming for 100 women and for the event to be bigger and better! They are hoping for a number of the Cayman dive shops to join (bringing our dive community together), a raffle with lots of prizes (to help raise more money for the Breast Cancer Foundation), as well as local conservation organisations joining the event to raises awareness of island ocean issues, such as Lionfish as an invasive species.
