Tukka Sunday Brunch


Each week I listen to many passengers share their favorite entree's of the island. February's Plane Favorites  are the following. My passengers love to keep me updated.

Agua Restaurant and Lounge

Agua on Seven Mile Beach it noted for having some of the best seafood on island. Tuna Tartare Avocado Brunoise, Sweet & Sour Sauce, White Truffle Oil and Red Caviar creates the most amazing on the island. Many do not leave island with out this island favorite.



Lobster Pot

One of the most famous plane favorites is Lobster Pot's Mango Lobster salad dressed with cherry tomatoes, avocado,baby greens and dill vinaigrette. The plate is perfection the taste divine.


    The Bistro

A favorite of this french restaurant (who is a Taste of Cayman Winner is their Steak Taretar which has it's hand chopped tenderloin, shallot, cornichons. egg yolk, pommes gaufrette. If you love french cuisine order this before you main meal or have for a lite lunch.

Crystal Caves A 2018 Must Do!

Crystal Caves The Crystal Caves are situated in a lush tropical forest on the Northside of Grand Cayman, the island’s newest nature tourist attraction. Celebrate Women's Dive Day

To celebrate Women’s Dive Day 2019 Divetech will bring together women hand in hand in an attempt to break their own World Record! In July 2018, 86 women at Divetech in Grand Cayman created a human chain along a 300ft line suspended at 15ft, thus ensuring the ladies were neutrally buoyant protecting the coral on the sea floor. Last year the charitable event raised over $3,000 US for the Cayman Islands Breast Cancer Foundation as well as raising awareness for women in diving globally across all disciplines including recreational, technical and Freediving. This year they are aiming for 100 women and for the event to be bigger and better! They are hoping for a number of the Cayman dive shops to join (bringing our dive community together), a raffle with lots of prizes (to help raise more money for the Breast Cancer Foundation), as well as local conservation organisations joining the event to raises awareness of island ocean issues, such as Lionfish as an invasive species.
