Tipping is standard practice in Cayman and although server's standard wages here are generally more than in the US, it is still an important part of a server's income. Most restaurants automatically include a gratuity on the bill of 15-18% however; it is always wise to check, as it is customary to leave a tip of approximately 15% and a little more for particularly good service.
